Simply put, try out any one of our mattresses in your home for up to 30 days, and we will issue you a 100% refund on your purchase.
Return Guidelines:
- Any mattress and/or foundation is returnable within 30 days of receipt. Adjustable frames, toppers, and pillows are not returnable.
- You must return any mattress within the 30 day sleep trial in order to qualify for free return shipping.
- We ask that you try out the product for a minimum of ten days. It can often take at least this long for your body to adjust to a sleep system that provides proper support and alignment.
- You must call us prior to returning the product in order to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will not accept the return without this RMA number. Please call toll free 1-877-753-3770, Monday thru Friday during business hours 9:30-4:00 central time for return information.
- All returns must be sent to our warehouse at 4910 Wright Rd. Suite 160, Stafford, TX 77477.
- All products and parts must be returned in LIKE NEW condition, free from odors and stains.
